Yoga + Beach Social

Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga + Beach Social event in partnership with Shelley Dungan, an expert yoga instructor, and Greg, who will provide the soothing sounds of bowls. This gentle and restorative yoga session is perfect for all levels, aiming to help you unwind and find inner peace. Relax with us under the light of a full moon!

We aim to bring the community together, foster connections, and support a worthy cause. Proceeds from this event will benefit the non-profits Newport Pride & TGI Network, a nonprofit organization advocating for transgender, gender diverse, and intersex individuals, promoting equality, education, and community empowerment.

The yoga session will take place from 6:30-7:30 pm, followed by an opportunity to mingle, socialize, and enjoy the beautiful summer atmosphere at the beach. So bring your friends and come join us for an evening of relaxation, community building, and fun! As stated, this is a gentle yoga for all levels. If you dont have a yoga mat, bringing a blanket or a towel is just fine! 

You can register online at Newportprideri.org/events and pay-what-you-can. Or you can just show up at the beach with a donation. If, for whatever reason, you want to join but can afford to donate. We will still welcome you to this event.
